this is a pick holder made of solid birch hardwood and 3 pieces of foam for staggering picks.It can be mounted with the provided wood screws or with double stick tape as is weighs very little. the trough that the picks go in is 3/4" deep to accomodate any size picks you might want to put in it. in the current picture these are jazz style picks, so it can handle the smaller variety and i have tried the huge triangle picks. the foam is stiff enough to give you grab no matter the material or size, or thickness.
